The Business Activities team is charged with assuring OR-URISA operates as an effective organization. Activities will include:
- Drafting Bylaws Amendments
- Defining Financial Audit Requirements
- Assuring compliance with Non-Profit 501C3 regulations
- Investigating insurance requirements
- Refining our Governance Model
The team has not had an opportunity to develop a Mission Statement, Vision, Deliverables and a Timeline.
