Mastering ArcGIS Pro 3: Editing, Analysis, and Automation Instructor: Eric Pimpler, Geospatial Training Services
Pre-Requisites: Some previous experience with ArcGIS Pro. Students need basic familiarity with Pro including opening and creating projects, working with maps and layers, and working with layouts. Student Computing Needs: Basic Laptop Special Instructions: Students will need a laptop with ArcGIS Pro installed and licensed. Description: In this intermediate level ArcGIS Pro class students will cover a variety of topics including editing, automating the production of a series of maps, GIS analysis, sharing of maps and data, creating custom popup content, task automation, and the fundamentals of Arcade. Module 1: Automating Map Production with Map Series Module 2: Data Preparation and Analysis Module 3: Sharing Maps and Data Module 4: Editing in ArcGIS Pro Module 5: Creating Custom Popups Module 6: Task Automation Module 7: Introduction to Arcade About: Eric is the founder and owner of GeoSpatial Training Services and has over 25 years experience as an application developer, data scientist, and trainer using ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro. Eric is currently focused on data science applications with Python, R, and GIS. Eric is the author of: Fundamental ArcGIS Pro Skills: Workbook 1 Fundamental ArcGIS Pro Skills: Workbook 2 Programming ArcGIS Pro 3 with Python Programming ArcGIS with Python Cookbook Eric has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Texas A&M University and a Master’s of Applied Geography degree with a concentration in GIS from Texas State University. |
