8:00         Brian Wilson and Mark Scott: Columbia Pacific Map Shop. Open source data, software and tools for you to use. We'll showcase QGIS as well as Open Street Map and have some fun with both. Learn how to edit with Open Street Map tools. Among other things, learn how to make free contour lines from free LiDAR data using free software. Bring    your laptop. We'll take it from there.

 

9:00         Local Government GIS. This is where local county and city GIS applications are demonstrated by their operators or managers that will include Clatsop and Tillamook county's in Oregon along with Wahkiakum and Pacific county's in Washington.
